David Garcia Team Member David Garcia is a third-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Garcia has been working with his father on automobiles. However, Garcia’s interests in his career changed because, although he has experience with auto mechanic work, he wants to pursue a job working with renewable energy. The reason Garcia chose to join the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team is to gain professional experience and knowledge of what happens in real-life scenarios. |

Adrian Giglio Team Leader Adrian Giglio is a fourth-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. As a team leader on the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team, Giglio is working to assess the needs of the drone to make sure he is fully able to use it and understand the limitations of its capabilities. By performing tests with the drone and assessing its needs, he hopes to gain valuable skills that will assist him in his future as an engineer. After graduating, Giglio will be pursuing a career in additive manufacturing research |

Elisa Gonzales Finance Officer Elisa Gonzales is a third-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is the Finance Officer for the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Gonzales joined the team to learn about agricultural technology development and team leadership. Through this project, Gonzales hopes to learn about different types of agriculture problems in order to develop engineering solutions for them. After graduation, Gonzales hopes to obtain a career in agriculture development and water sustainability in production growth.

Matthew Gonzales Team Member Matthew Gonzales is a fourth-year student pursuing a B.S. in Bioengineering and a member of the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Joining the UAS team allowed him to be introduced to thermal imaging and the use of drones in agriculture. As a member of the project, Gonzales is working on the ability of computers to analyze data from thermal images taken by drones. Gonzales wishes to use concepts from this project and integrate them into future developments of medical imaging. In the future, Gonzales hopes to be able to design his own medical devices. |

Jewell Graham Team Member Jewell Graham is a second-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Graham is interested in discovering ways technology can better the world around us. Graham joined the project with the goal of a future career in the engineering field to help better her community. The mission of the Unmanned Aerial Systems was what drew Graham to the project, the use of technology to try and help the Central Valley. |

Adrian Huizar Assistant Project Manager Adrian Huizar is a fourth-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is the Assistant Project Manager of the Unmanned Ariel Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Huizar has worked as a member of the restoration crew at the Castle Air Museum in Atwater, CA, and also has mechanical and manufacturing experience at In-N-Out burger and Foster Farms. |

Noorulan Irshad IPO Noorulain Irshad is a first-year student pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering and is the IPO for the Unmanned Arial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Irshad joined the project because their grandfather instilled in them a passion for agriculture. Irshad also wanted to learn how to use their computer science background to help improve local communities. Ishradplanson gaining a better insight into solving real-life problems with a team and learning how to build user-friendly products. Irshad has an interest in coding and robotics and strives to become a software developer after graduation. |

Luna Lynn Team Member Luna Lynn is a second-year student pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering and is a member of the software team of the Unmanned Aerial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. Participating in this project provides Lynn with the opportunity to assist the agriculture industry that is vital to California, and ultimately, the world. Lynn looks forward to using the experience she has built up over the years and will learn to apply for internships. |

Brian Matamet Communications Officer Brian Matamet is a third-year pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering and is the communications officer for the Unmanned Arial Systems Engineering Service Learning team. As the communications officer, Matamet is eager to be involved in an industry applicable project where the motive lies in primarily helping the community. Matamet hopes to bring on his own experience to captivate new valuable skills and form a new relationship between his own learning and that of the project. Matamet is currently a PALS tutor, where he conducts weekly sessions as a means to help students taking computer science courses. |

Leonard Moreno Team Leader Leonard Moreno is a first-year student pursuing a B.S. in Biology. Moreno chose to be a part of the Unmanned Arial Systems Engineering Service Learning program because it allows her the opportunity to learn about research and development with real-life experience. Academically, Moreno enjoys volunteering in community groups that promote environmental sustainability. One of Moreno’s professional goals is to help minimize the water and food insecurities all around the world. |

Participating in this project provides Riveraan opportunity to help with the detection of nematodes in walnut trees. Rivera is interested in software development and has been working in Unmanned Ground Vehicle research. In the future, Rivera hopes to become a leading expert in the field of computer science and AI. |

Juan Villasenor Web-Master Juan Villasenor is a second-year student pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. As Villasenor grew up, he always had an interest in mechanics and agriculture. Villasenor joined the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Team in order to focus on fighting agricultural diseases using drones. As Villasenor continues on to his third semester at UAV, he hopes to finish the project and use the experience to apply it for the rest of his professional career. Villasenor hopes to work at a company that focuses on using technology to improve the lives of people around the world. |
