Designing the new gate for Kiddieland Park that incorporates an arch with the Kiddieland logo, which should be 16’ wide and be a rolling gate that opens in a barn-style way. The gate should also have hooks incorporated into the design to secure lights, banners, and other decorations for events organized by the park. The gate design will include a power source for utility and powering any decorations when needed, and should also be anti-climb for better security.
Our team communicated with our project liaison about what they wanted for the design of the gate. We designed a gate that included the features that the project liaison wanted, and adjusted the draft accordingly to updates from the sponsors, such as gate visuals and opening mechanism. Our designer created and presented three different aesthetic designs in which to display onto the gate itself in order to give it a more welcoming atmosphere to guests of all ages and allow our sponsor much greater say in the visual choice for the gate door itself.
