Team SJR

Connecting water use and ecosystem restoration

Project Description

The San Joaquin River (SJR) Engineering Service Learning team aims to inspire positive change by educating the public on the connections between water usage and the restoration efforts of the San Joaquin River. Through a partnership with the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust, the SJR team is designing an interactive kiosk to help inform and educate users of the complexities of managing the San Joaquin River and its resources. The kiosk project focuses on public communication, visual arts, policy compliance and resource management.
